  • I was very happy with the purchase and I believe the person that helped me is Steve and he is very nice. However I cannot comment on the lamp because I have not received it and hopefully everything will be good.

  • I was so glad to see this survey pop up in me emails and that is something that doesn't usually come out of my mouth. I seriously thought about calling the "800" number back, ask for a supervisor, and tell him/her what a credit Eric is to your company.

  • order a sconce for bathroom. The Chrome was blemished in 2 places. Talked to Customer service who ordered 2 replacement parts. Then LAMPS PLUS cancelled the replacement parts!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM LAMPS PLUS AGAIN!

  • The chair arrived on time. Packed well. Have had it about a week and notice the seat is beginning to have ripples. Getting in and out makes a cracking noise. Hope it doesn’t get worse.
