- 52" blade span. 14-degree blade pitch. 158 x 22 mm DC motor size.
- Integrated 18 watt dimmable LED module light, comparable to a 100 watt incandescent. 1,400 lumens. 3000K color temperature. 90 CRI.
- Black finish motor. Three black finish ABS blades. Opal frosted glass.
- 4 1/2" downrod included. 12 1/2" ceiling to blades, 14 3/4" ceiling to bottom of fan (with 4 1/2" downrod).
- Smart fan Wifi capable fanSync feature allows for control with smart home devices. Full-function hand-held remote control also included.
- Wet location rated.
