- 52" blade span. 14-degree blade pitch. 172 x 14 mm size motor. Canopy is 5" wide x 2" high. Maximum 20-degrees sloped ceiling.
- Light comes with one 9 watt non-dimmable LED bulb, comparable to a 60 watt incandescent. 800 lumens. 2700K.
- Oil-rubbed industrial bronze finish motor. Four reversible walnut-dark walnut finish blades. Blades have a special UV protection coating.
- UL listed for damp locations. Not suitable for locations in humid climates with salt water exposure. Includes hand-held remote control with on-off light operation.
- 6" downrod included. Fan height is 9" ceiling to blades, 20" ceiling to bottom of light (with 6" downrod).

The Tercel Casa Vieja® LED outdoor ceiling fan is a blend of industrial, contemporary, and Mission design styles. It comes in a handsome oil-brushed bronze finish, with four reversible walnut and dark walnut finish blades. A glass light kit is integrated into the design, and an energy-efficient LED bulb is included for use with the light kit. A hand-held remote control lets you control the fan from a distance. UL listed for damp locations. Not suitable for locations in humid climates with salt water exposure.
